Position Description
CEO: To build out total Management Team via hands on leadership.
President/COO: A Field Driver of all Operational Pieces--Sales, Marketing/Services, etc.
SVP-WW Sales: A make it happen Team Leader and Team Player. Field Driver.
VP-USA Sales: Sales leadership from the front…sets the standards of client satisfaction. A true Team builder.
VP-WW Marketing: Initially - Strategic & Tactical - key voice to external world. Usually includes Product Marketing & Product Management.
VP-Professional Services: A Client Focused Hands-On Team Leader. In the Field with his Staff.
VP-CFO The preparation of all financial systems & policies to undergo the eventual IPO process. (Includes Human Resources & Recruiting). Usually includes COO operating functions.
VP-SW Development & Engineering Hands on to establish standards & procedures. Integral part of the total Management Team.
VP-International "Based in Europe". Knows culture and customs. Very hands-on, build & lead his Team.
Senior Director Channel Development (leads all the indirect channels & partnerships)
General Counsel Establish standards & policy to prevent Future “potential IPO problems & concerns”.
VP Global Communications To insure an awareness of the company’s message to both the external & internal worlds. The Branding leader.
CTO Defines the technological directions of the company & products & insures they stay abreast of the global market in high tech development.
